Jake Flournoy
President
20 years experience and over 4257 units
Jake Flournoy’s two decades of real estate experience cover a wide range of specialties, including commercial brokerage, equity structured lending analysis, and the development of more than 3,200 apartment units in southeastern markets, valued at over $300 million. Nathan Green
Senior Vice President
16 years experience and over 4757 units
Nathan earned a degree in building construction from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007 and an MBA from University of Texas at Arlington in 2012. Nathan began his career as a project engineer in 2006. He has been closely involved in the development of over 50 large unit apartment communities throughout the southeast. Rhonda Stephens
Operations Manager
14 years experience and over 2647 units
Rhonda began a career in real estate construction in 2003 and joined Flournoy Partners in 2018. After working with Mr. Flournoy in a previous position, she joined Flournoy Partners in 2018. Rhonda collaborates closely with project management teams to achieve project goals from beginning to end. She handles all aspects of team management, status reporting, expense reporting, revenue management, construction draws, scheduling, timeline tracking, vendor management, investor relations, permitting, job insurance and overall management of workflow.
